What you'll be doing:
Lead and support design teams on residential landscape projects from concept through construction
Manage client relationships and ensure projects meet design intent and quality standards
Coordinate with contractors and other project partners to keep projects on track
Mentor and guide team members to support their growth and development
Contribute to the creative direction of projects and overall design team vision
What we're looking for:
7+ years of experience in landscape architecture or a related field
Experience with high-end residential projects is a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills
Comfortable managing and guiding design teams
Organised and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
