8+ years of experience in building science, architecture, or engineering
Licensed Architect or Engineer (Massachusetts license required)
Deep knowledge of enclosure systems, local codes, and construction practices
Strong project management and leadership skills

Lead enclosure consulting for a range of project types
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, architects, and builders
Oversee project teams, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality deliverables
Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and training
Support business development through proposal writing, client engagement, and industry involvement
