What you'll be doing:
Lead commissioning projects from initiation to completion
Develop and implement commissioning plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards
Analyze system performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
Collaborate with project teams to meet goals and verify system compliance
Conduct field assessments, energy audits, and optimize MEP systems
Mentor junior engineers and oversee tasks related to sustainability certifications
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
8+ years of experience in HVAC, controls, and commissioning
Proven leadership experience and ability to manage projects independently
Proficiency in building automation systems and energy modeling tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with sustainability certifications (LEED, WELL)
Commissioning certifications (CxA, CCP, BCxP) preferred
