What you'll be doing:
Lead and manage on-site building assessments and inspections
Plan and organize resources for assessment projects
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and building owners to provide technical insights and recommendations
Support clients by offering guidance on building maintenance and long-term upkeep
What we're looking for:
Ideally holds a 4-year professional degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field
10+ years of experience conducting building assessments and inspections
Strong experience in property condition assessments (PCAs) is highly desirable
Proven experience leading assessment projects and teams
Skilled in working directly with engineers, architects, and property owners
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage physical and human resources effectively
Proven ability to act as a primary client interface
