What you'll be doing:
Lead forensic investigations involving structural, civil, or building envelope failures
Write clear, defensible reports used in legal and insurance settings
Oversee project delivery and mentor junior engineers in your region
Build and maintain client relationships with legal teams, insurers, and property owners
Contribute to business development and help grow your regional presence
Provide expert testimony when needed
What we're looking for:
10+ years of forensic engineering or structural/civil experience
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Experience with failure analysis, property loss, or litigation support
Strong technical writing and client communication skills
Interest in team leadership and growing a regional practice
