What you'll be doing:
Leading ground-up base-build projects valued at $100M+ from start through closeout
Driving on-time, on-budget execution with detailed two-week look-aheads
Managing subcontractor coordination and maintaining strong relationships with owners and stakeholders
Overseeing compliance, schedules, and documentation with the PM team
Conducting site visits and ensuring a safe, efficient, and collaborative project environment
Supporting team training and knowledge-sharing to strengthen delivery standards
What we're looking for:
4+ years of construction experience, ideally with mission-critical or base-building projects
Proven success managing large-scale ground-up projects
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience overseeing complex schedules and coordinating multiple stakeholders
Proficiency with Procore, P6, and Bluebeam
A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and mentor project teams
