A bit about you:
4+ years as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
Experience managing commercial projects with values from $5M-$30M+
Strong computer skills and proficient with software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and understand construction documents, including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
A bit about tasks:
Develop and manage project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed
Create and oversee project budgets, control costs, and manage financial risks
Act as the primary client contact and lead project teams to ensure clear communication
Enforce quality standards, manage risks, and monitor safety practices and compliance
Maintain project records and manage procurement and supply chains
