A bit about you:
7+ years of experience as a Project Manager for a commercial general contractor
Project management experience with commercial projects valued at $5M-$30M+, particularly in Grocery or Big Box Retail sectors
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret construction documents, project plans, specifications, and shop drawings

Develop and manage project plans and schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
Create and oversee project budgets, control costs, and manage financial risks
Act as the primary client contact and lead project teams to ensure clear communication
Enforce quality standards, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety practices
Maintain project records, manage procurement, and oversee supply chains
