What you'll be doing:
Helping shape the project staffing plan and coordinating team assignments
Overseeing day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities
Managing quality control and resolving issues as they come up
Making sure materials are ordered, delivered, and installed on time
Building and updating project schedules, including subcontractor timelines
Keeping a close eye on budgets and cost tracking
Reviewing and approving subcontractor payments and invoices
What we're looking for:
Project management experience in commercial construction
Confident working with subcontractors, budgets, and schedules
Strong communication and leadership skills
