About the company:
Our client is a multi-discipline engineering firm delivering complex projects across the U.S. and overseas. Their teams bring together specialists in electrical, mechanical, civil, and other disciplines to design and manage work in healthcare, industrial, energy, government, and commercial sectors.
What you'll be doing:
Manage electrical or mechanical design and construction projects from concept to completion
Lead multi-discipline teams to deliver technical solutions for industrial projects
Act as main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
Make project decisions on design, contracts, budget, schedule, and quality
Provide technical oversight on instrumentation and controls, including PLCs, I/O connections, P&IDs, and wiring
Support proposals, presentations, and client development activities
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
10–15 years of professional experience, ideally in industrial project design
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong leadership and delegation skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in business software and CAD tools
