What you'll be doing:
Develop and manage project plans and schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
Create and oversee project budgets, control costs, and manage financial risks
Serve as the primary client contact and lead project teams to ensure clear communication
Enforce quality standards, manage risks, and monitor safety compliance
Maintain project records and oversee procurement and supply chain management
What we're looking for:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager
Experience managing commercial projects valued between $5 million and $30 million plus
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, or Procore
Ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy
Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
