What you'll be doing:
5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial projects up to $20M
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and risk
What we're looking for:
Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
Coordinate with clients, teams, and subs to ensure smooth execution
Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost tracking
Mentor junior team members and support field operations
