Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or 3+ years as an Assistant Project Manager in the multifamily construction sector
Strong knowledge of multifamily construction processes and project management software
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining budget integrity

Oversee and manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and all regulatory requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders and resolve issues as they arise
Lead project meetings, track progress, and provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients
