What you'll be doing:
Manage commercial construction projects valued between $5M and $30M through all phases from preconstruction to closeout
Develop and manage project schedules, adjusting timelines as needed to keep projects on track
Create and oversee project budgets, monitor costs, and mitigate financial risks
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring clear and consistent communication
Enforce quality control, manage risk, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Oversee procurement, subcontractor coordination, and material delivery
What we're looking for:
A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager for a commercial general contractor
Proven success managing K12 or similar institutional and commercial construction projects
Ability to read and understand construction documents including plans, specifications, and submittals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and project management software such as Procore
Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability
