What you'll be doing:
• Managing healthcare and commercial construction projects from precon to closeout
• Leading project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensuring projects meet regulatory and healthcare compliance standards
• Resolving issues early to keep quality high and delays minimal
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
What we're looking for:
• At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Background in general contracting or subcontracting
• Experience working in healthcare, commercial, or education sectors
• Comfortable in client-facing roles and contract negotiations
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
