What you'll be doing:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (structural focus preferred)
PE or SE license, with the ability to obtain Ohio reciprocity within six months
At least seven years of experience (Master’s may count for one year)
Confident leader with strong communication and organization skills
Able to manage multiple projects and teams without compromising quality
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering (structural emphasis preferred)
Passed either the NCEES Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam or the NCEES Structural Engineering (SE) exam
Licensed in at least one state with the ability to obtain Indiana reciprocity within six months
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience (advanced degree may count for up to 1 year of experience)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and profitability
