What you'll be doing:
Manage scheduling, logistics, and execution of foundation, flatwork, walls, and structural concrete
Oversee crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery
Monitor budgets, materials, and job progress; resolve field issues proactively
Ensure code compliance, safety standards, and proper documentation
Coordinate inspections, mix designs, pour sequences, and project milestones
What we're looking for:
5+ years of experience in concrete project management (residential & commercial)
Strong knowledge of forming systems, rebar, post-tension, and structural concrete
Ability to read plans, manage crews, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Proficiency in construction/project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
OSHA 30 certification preferred
