About the company:
We’re working with a well established general contractor in Atlanta, GA, looking for a Project Executive to lead key construction and interior projects. You’ll guide teams, work closely with clients, and help deliver high quality results across healthcare, education, office, and hospitality sectors.
What you'll be doing:
Provide executive-level oversight of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Lead client interactions, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and project management teams to ensure alignment on project goals and budgets
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Lead internal teams and mentor Project Managers and Superintendents
What we're looking for:
10+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with General Contractors or trade subcontractors
Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
Experience in client-facing roles, contract negotiations, and high-level project planning
Background in Commercial, Education, or Healthcare sectors is a plus
Strong leadership, financial acumen, and communication skills
