A bit about you:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in site or land development engineering
PE license preferred (or ability to obtain it within a reasonable timeframe)
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and industry best practices
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
A bit about tasks:
Design and manage civil engineering projects including site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater, and erosion control
Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations
Conduct feasibility studies and due diligence for upcoming projects
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, planners, contractors, and local agencies
Support zoning, entitlement, and permitting processes
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and budget control
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior staff
