We are partnering with a multidisciplinary design and consulting firm that has built a strong reputation for thoughtful planning and landscape architecture work across the region. They have an established studio in place and are ready for a leader who wants to shape its next chapter. What you'll be doing
Lead the land planning and landscape architecture studio, with responsibility for both people and projects
Balance hands on project leadership with team development and client engagement
Guide projects from early planning and concept design through implementation
Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, public agencies, and project partners
Present work to boards, agencies, and community groups
Support studio growth through business development and proposal efforts
Build and maintain long term client relationships
Mentor staff and foster a collaborative, supportive studio culture
What we're looking for:
Experience in land planning and or landscape architecture with prior leadership responsibility
Strong background in site planning, master planning, and land development projects
Working knowledge of entitlement, permitting, and public review processes
Confident managing clients, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and juggling multiple projects
Strong communication and presentation skills
Understanding of the financial and operational side of managing projects and a studio
