What you'll be doing
Leading the mechanical engineering team and overseeing project delivery
Acting as a key contact for clients and managing relationships
Supporting and developing engineers within the team
Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
Driving regional growth and contributing to business development
Ensuring technical quality and compliance across projects
What we're looking for:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a California PE license
13+ years of US experience, ideally in California
Strong background in client management and leading projects
Experience working across multidisciplinary teams
Confident communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
Solid understanding of relevant codes and ASHRAE standards
