What you'll be doing:
Lead the design and implementation of mechanical systems for high-performance, energy-efficient buildings
Manage project deliverables and timelines, ensuring successful project execution from start to finish
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems into sustainable building designs
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff
Contribute to energy modeling and analysis for sustainable building certifications like LEED and Passive House
Participate in project proposals, client meetings, and business development activities
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
7+ years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in project management
Expertise in HVAC systems design, energy modeling, and sustainability-focused engineering solutions
Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and energy modeling software
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams
PE licensure preferred, EIT with plans to obtain PE will be considered
