Mechanical & Plumbing Engineering Project Manager

What you'll be doing:
Manage multiple HVAC and plumbing projects at different phases of design and construction
Lead a team of engineers and modelers in developing system designs and documentation
Oversee client communication, project schedules, and coordination with other disciplines
Review energy models, load calculations, and design deliverables for accuracy and quality
Provide guidance on system integration, controls, and performance testing
Conduct site visits and evaluations throughout Northern California
Collaborate with clients to ensure technical solutions meet functional and operational goals
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
At least 8 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer or Senior Mechanical Designer
Solid understanding of HVAC and plumbing design for healthcare, education, and commercial projects
Proficiency with energy modeling and load calculation software
Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD for coordination and review
Experience with Central Utility Plant design and campus distribution systems
Strong communication, documentation, and client management skills
