What you'll be doing:
Develop and lead the firm’s strategic marketing plan
Train and support marketing team members across all offices
Manage public relations efforts and social media campaigns
Support firm-wide staff in marketing-related training and education
Serve on the Executive Leadership Team
What we're looking for:
5-10 years’ experience as a Marketing Director, ideally within the architecture or AEC industry
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong leadership, management, and strategic planning skills
Familiarity with urban design, landscape architecture, and land planning
Active membership in SMPS (preferred)
