A collaborative, interdisciplinary studio culture that champions creativity, innovation, and mentorship
A bit about you:
Licensed PLA (Florida or ability to obtain)
At least 15+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with a strong portfolio of built work
Proven leadership in a design studio setting—mentorship and business development experience are a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire clients and teams
Passionate about shaping environments that respond to context, community, and purpose
A bit about tasks:
Lead the design and delivery of high-profile landscape architecture projects across Florida and beyond
Mentor junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence
Develop and maintain strong client relationships; support new business opportunities and strategic growth
Collaborate with internal teams across disciplines to create holistic, integrated solutions
Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards from concept through completion
