What you'll be doing:
Lead and manage multiple projects from concept development through to construction
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal design teams to ensure successful project delivery
Oversee and mentor junior staff, ensuring high standards of design quality and technical excellence
Contribute to planting design, construction documentation, and the permitting processes
Maintain effective communication across all project stakeholders and provide project updates
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope
What we're looking for:
4+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture
Strong design sensibility with project management and communication skills
Experience with South Florida plant palettes, coastal design, and regional permitting is a plus
Passion for leading teams, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the quality of design and technical work
