A bit about you:
5+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture
Hold a BLA or MLA from an accredited program
Strong background in residential design projects
Comfortable with business development, client engagement, and representing the firm
Confident communicator and natural relationship builder
A bit about tasks:
Lead client engagement and relationship-building efforts
Support sales and marketing strategies to grow the firm’s presence in California
Contribute to design development on a range of residential and site-scale projects
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout all project phases
Help shape the firm’s California portfolio and reputation
