What you'll be doing:
Lead landscape architecture projects from concept through construction administration
Manage multiple projects while keeping things organized and on schedule
Oversee and delegate work to project designers
Communicate design ideas clearly through sketches, graphics, and client interaction
Collaborate closely with the team throughout the design and construction process
What we're looking for:
4-7 years of professional experience in landscape architecture
Strong technical skills in both plant and hardscape design
Bachelor's or Master's in Landscape Architecture (preferred)
Comfortable managing client relationships and multiple priorities
Self-motivated and passionate about teamwork and collaboration
Ability to lead and delegate within project teams
