What you'll be doing:
Lead landscape architecture projects from early planning and concept design through documentation and construction administration
Keep projects on track with internal teams and external partners
Manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables across multiple active projects
Prepare and review design concepts, technical drawings, and construction documents
Provide design leadership with a practical understanding of land development and construction
What we're looking for:
Active Professional Landscape Architect license
Strong portfolio demonstrating private sector and land development work
Experience managing projects and balancing multiple deadlines
Solid understanding of entitlements, grading, drainage, and site planning
Clear communication skills, strong organization, and confidence working with clients and consultants
