Landscape Architect Project Manager

We are partnering with a landscape architecture studio that balances design excellence with reliable project delivery. In this practice, experienced designers are trusted to lead projects through every stage, from concept through construction. The team is growing steadily, and they are looking for someone ready to take on responsibility, guide others, and contribute to both the quality of the work and the development of the studio.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading mid sized landscape architecture projects from concept through to completion
Managing project planning, coordination, and execution
Mentor associates and landscape designers alongside a Studio Director
Present final designs to clients alongside Studio Directors and Partners
Coordinating with consultants across disciplines
Overseeing documentation and construction administration
Keep projects aligned with quality, budget, and schedule expectations
What we’re looking for:
6–10 years of experience, preferably at the Associate level or in a design-driven landscape architecture firm
Solid understanding of design and project operations
Experience leading projects independently while working collaboratively within a studio
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Solid understanding of construction processes and construction administration
Progress toward professional licensure is preferred
