What you'll be doing:
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to lead the development of innovative landscape projects
Drive conceptual design thinking and translate vision into compelling, buildable strategies
Mentor junior designers and contribute to studio culture, critique, and collaboration
Prepare presentations, design packages, and reports for client and stakeholder meetings
Manage project schedules and deadlines while ensuring creative and technical quality
Support public realm projects through all phases, from competition to construction
What we're looking for:
5-10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
Proven background in large-scale, design-forward public and urban projects
Exceptional conceptual, graphic, and technical design skills
Fluent in design software such as Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and rendering tools
