What you'll be doing
Lead and provide vision for the Land Development team in Jacksonville
Manage projects from start to finish, keeping them on budget and schedule
Build and maintain relationships with clients, municipalities, and agencies
Work with firm leadership to grow the Southeast market
Recruit, mentor, and develop the regional team
Represent the firm at business development events and client meetings
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
10+ years of land development experience in Northeast Florida
Active PE license
Proven experience leading residential, commercial, office, and industrial projects
Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering best practices
Established local relationships with developers, architects, and regulatory agencies
Solid leadership, business development, and project management skills
