A bit about you:
2–5 years of experience in commercial interiors (TI, corporate, healthcare, or retail)
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field experience
Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, Excel, and other project management tools
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to deliver quality work under pressure
A bit about tasks:
Manage and track RFIs, submittals, schedules, budgets, and change orders
Interface with clients, architects, subcontractors, and superintendents
Assist in cost tracking, forecasting, and maintaining project profitability
Walk job sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure quality control
Support in delivering smooth closeouts and satisfied clients
