What you'll be doing:
Lead field crews and coordinate subcontractors on site
Manage HVAC system installation to meet quality, schedule, and budget targets
Communicate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients
Ensure jobsite safety and regulatory compliance
Mentor foremen and technicians, helping build our next generation of leaders
What we're looking for:
5+ years of HVAC experience in commercial or institutional construction
Proven field leadership skills and a commitment to excellence
Ability to read and interpret drawings and mechanical specs
OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety practices
A proactive mindset and a passion for growing with a high-energy team
