What you'll be doing:
Leading business development and client engagement across healthcare systems and partners in the region
Developing and executing healthcare market strategies in line with regional and national priorities
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of healthcare opportunities, including complex, high-value projects
Overseeing proposals, interviews, and pursuit strategies for major healthcare projects
Leading key projects as Project Director or Executive Sponsor, managing governance and commercial outcomes
Managing financial performance through risk, commercial, and contract oversight
Partnering with regional healthcare leaders on national projects and service growth
Mentoring senior engineers and project leaders on client engagement and business development
Advancing healthcare design that delivers better outcomes for patients, staff, and communities
What we're looking for:
At least 20 years of professional experience, with a focus on healthcare projects in the NY Tri State or Northeast market
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Proven track record in business development, expanding healthcare portfolios, and managing client relationships
Experience leading medium to large scale healthcare projects as Project Manager or Project Director
Experience serving as Engineer of Record on healthcare projects
Skilled in contract negotiation, financial oversight, and managing risk
Professional Engineer license required, with NY, NJ, PA, or MA preferred
Confident communicator who can work comfortably with both technical teams and senior client stakeholders
