What you'll be doing:


  • Leading business development and client engagement across healthcare systems and partners in the region

  • Developing and executing healthcare market strategies in line with regional and national priorities

  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of healthcare opportunities, including complex, high-value projects

  • Overseeing proposals, interviews, and pursuit strategies for major healthcare projects

  • Leading key projects as Project Director or Executive Sponsor, managing governance and commercial outcomes

  • Managing financial performance through risk, commercial, and contract oversight

  • Partnering with regional healthcare leaders on national projects and service growth

  • Mentoring senior engineers and project leaders on client engagement and business development

  • Advancing healthcare design that delivers better outcomes for patients, staff, and communities



What we're looking for:


  • At least 20 years of professional experience, with a focus on healthcare projects in the NY Tri State or Northeast market

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

  • Proven track record in business development, expanding healthcare portfolios, and managing client relationships

  • Experience leading medium to large scale healthcare projects as Project Manager or Project Director

  • Experience serving as Engineer of Record on healthcare projects

  • Skilled in contract negotiation, financial oversight, and managing risk

  • Professional Engineer license required, with NY, NJ, PA, or MA preferred

  • Confident communicator who can work comfortably with both technical teams and senior client stakeholders
