The office in Dallas is continuing to grow its healthcare practice, creating an opportunity for a senior leader to help shape how healthcare facilities are designed across North Texas. This role is ideal for someone who wants influence, responsibility, and the chance to work with people who are passionate about what they do.
What you’ll be doing:
Work with local and regional leaders to grow the healthcare design portfolio across North Texas
Build long term client relationships and lead proposals
Partner with clients to shape project goals and direction
Lead multidisciplinary teams through design and delivery
Mentor engineers through hands on leadership and feedback
Embed sustainability and health outcomes into project work
Serve as Lead Engineer on key projects
What we're looking for:
Minimum 15 years of experience in the healthcare market in North Texas
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
Experience leading medium to large scale projects as a project manager or project director
Strong leadership in mechanical design, with a collaborative and client-focused approach
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
