What you'll be doing:
Conduct forensic investigations of structural failures, envelope issues, and construction defects
Perform site inspections of damaged or distressed properties
Analyze building materials and systems (steel, concrete, wood, masonry) to determine cause and origin
Prepare technical reports outlining findings, remedial recommendations, and cost opinions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide complete project solutions
Manage project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
What we're looking for:
Licensed P.E. (Washington) in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
5+ years of structural analysis/design experience, including at least 1–2 years in forensic investigations
Strong working knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood-frame systems
Prior experience with building condition assessments and post-loss evaluations
Deep understanding of building codes and construction practices
