Fire Protection Engineer

They’re now looking to appoint a Fire Protection Engineer at a leadership level in a remote role, offering the opportunity to take on immediate responsibility and support the growth of their regional presence.
What you'll be doing:
Leading fire protection design across a variety of projects
Supporting and mentoring junior engineers within the team
Working closely with internal teams and clients to develop practical design solutions
Taking ownership of project delivery, timelines, and quality
Helping shape and grow the company’s regional fire protection offering
Staying up to date with relevant codes and ensuring designs align with them
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar experience
5+ years of experience in fire protection or a related field
PE or similar certification is a plus
Strong understanding of fire protection systems and relevant codes like NFPA, IBC, IPC, and UPC
Confident communicator who can explain design decisions clearly
Strong leadership with good organization skills
Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
Familiarity with AutoSprink preferred
