What you'll be doing:


  • Analyze, evaluate, and design energy efficiency measures for various building systems

  • Conduct energy audits, assessments, and site visits to identify improvement opportunities

  • Develop energy conservation plans aligned with Massachusetts building codes and industry best practices

  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to implement and monitor energy projects

  • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders


What we're looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sustainability, or environmental sciences

  • 2-4 years in energy or mechanical engineering, with hands-on knowledge of HVAC, CHP, geothermal, or lighting systems

  • Familiarity with Massachusetts building codes and energy standards

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

  • CEM, EIT, or other relevant certifications are a plus
