What you'll be doing:
Analyze, evaluate, and design energy efficiency measures for various building systems
Conduct energy audits, assessments, and site visits to identify improvement opportunities
Develop energy conservation plans aligned with Massachusetts building codes and industry best practices
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to implement and monitor energy projects
Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sustainability, or environmental sciences
2-4 years in energy or mechanical engineering, with hands-on knowledge of HVAC, CHP, geothermal, or lighting systems
Familiarity with Massachusetts building codes and energy standards
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
CEM, EIT, or other relevant certifications are a plus
