Electrical Project Manager

What you'll be doing:
Leading the electrical design process from early planning through construction and post-occupancy
Making sure projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and hit the right level of quality
Mentoring junior engineers and helping grow the team’s capabilities
Working directly with clients and internal teams to keep communication clear and solutions on point
Supporting quality reviews and helping improve documentation and design processes
Collaborating with leaders across the business to align on goals and project deliver
What we're looking for:
A degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering (with an electrical focus)
Licensed PE
At least 8 years of industry experience, ideally with large or complex projects
Experience leading teams and mentoring others in a project setting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with Revit and BIM is a plus
