Electrical Project Manager

What you'll be doing:
Lead the electrical engineering design process from conceptual planning through construction and post-occupancy
Ensure technical excellence, schedule adherence, and quality control across all phases of work
Mentor and guide junior team members, providing coaching, feedback, and leadership
Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with project delivery
Oversee QA/QC processes and contribute to continuous improvements in technical documentation
Collaborate with internal engineering leads and regional directors to align with business goals
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an electrical focus
Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (PE)
8+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably with large or complex projects
Proven leadership and mentoring experience within multidisciplinary project teams
Skilled communicator with strong organizational and relationship management abilities
Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM software is a strong plus
