What you'll be doing:
Leading the design and development of electrical power distribution systems for a range of building types
Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on time and on budget
Producing quality engineering work that meets safety and regulatory standards
Overseeing project delivery, documentation, and maintaining a strong safety culture
Guiding and mentoring team members while managing your own projects
What we're looking for:
3-8 years' experience in electrical project engineering for buildings, ideally within an MEP firm
Proficiency with design and calculation tools, including Revit
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable leading projects and teams
PE license in Ohio (preferred)
