What you'll be doing:
Design and oversee the implementation of electrical systems for various projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial buildings
Lead electrical design efforts, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements
Mentor and guide junior engineers, helping them develop technical skills and grow professionally
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure design integration and smooth project execution
Review and approve design drawings, calculations, and reports
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to implement cutting-edge solutions in designs
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
5 – 15 years of electrical engineering experience, specifically in design and consulting
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required
Strong proficiency in electrical design software and tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard programs
Experience in power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and other electrical systems design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal
Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and mentor junior engineers
