What you'll be doing:
Leading the Denver office and overseeing project teams
Providing technical leadership and guidance on complex engineering projects
Building and maintaining client relationships while contributing to business development
Ensuring that all projects meet high standards for quality, timelines, and budget
Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
15+ years of industry experience with demonstrated leadership ability
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent credentials preferred
Strong project management skills and client-facing experience
Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Revit, and AutoCAD
