Our client is a growing consulting engineering firm expanding its Electrical team in Allentown due to a strong pipeline of work across healthcare, hospitality, commercial, and residential projects. What you'll be doing


  • Supporting the design and development of electrical systems across a variety of projects

  • Assisting with power distribution, lighting, and electrical infrastructure design

  • Coordinating with internal teams, clients, contractors, and external consultants

  • Helping ensure designs meet local codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Conducting site visits, inspections, and preparing technical reports

  • Supporting project delivery, documentation, and day-to-day coordination across multiple projects

  • Contributing to a strong safety focused and collaborative team environment



What we're looking for:


  • 2+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience

  • Proficiency with BIM and CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit

  • EIT or PE certification preferred, but not required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams

  • A proactive approach and willingness to continue developing technically and professionally
