What you'll be doing:


  • Lead structural design and analysis for a variety of building projects from concept through construction

  • Oversee preparation of construction documents, specifications, and calculations

  • Coordinate designs with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and clients

  • Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and quality assurance

  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and provide support during the construction phase



What we're looking for:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural focus

  • 5–10 years of experience in structural engineering, ideally with commercial and residential building projects

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required or actively in pursuit

  • Proficiency in ETABS, RAM, RISA, Revit, and other structural analysis software

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and leadership ability to guide junior engineers and coordinate with clients and architects
