What you'll be doing:
Leading planning and design work from early concept through to delivery
Overseeing submissions including rezoning, site plans, and planning applications
Carrying out research and analysis to inform planning and design strategies
Producing plans, graphics, and presentation materials, both hand drawn and digital
Preparing reports and presenting to internal teams, stakeholders, and external boards
Supporting the delivery of detailed construction documentation
Coordinating with consultants, stakeholders, and wider project teams
Managing project timelines, budgets, and team input across multiple projects
What we're looking for:
15+ years of experience in planning, urban design, landscape architecture, or a related field
Relevant degree in architecture, landscape architecture, planning, or similar
Confident leading projects and working closely with clients and internal teams
Strong technical skills across design and documentation tools
Experience managing teams, deadlines, budgets, and external consultants
Collaborative approach with a willingness to contribute ideas and solutions
Comfortable working across all project stages from concept to delivery
