What you'll be doing:
Lead day to day operations in partnership with the Principals
Improve workflows, systems, and project delivery processes
Balance studio workloads and monitor team utilization
Track performance metrics and identify process improvements
Partner with Project Managers on budgets, proposals, and delivery
Conduct periodic timesheet reviews and uphold internal standards
What we're looking for:
Degree in Architecture or Engineering, master’s preferred
10+ years of operations and project management experience
Experience leading architectural or engineering teams
Strong communication skills and a hands on leadership style
Comfortable in a fast paced, growing environment
