What you'll be doing:


  • Leading the design, planning, scheduling, and execution of civil and land development projects

  • Preparing detailed site, grading, stormwater, water/wastewater, roadway, and parking designs

  • Producing reports, analyses, technical specifications, and construction documentation

  • Managing budgets, schedules, and quality control throughout project delivery

  • Overseeing preliminary and final design phases as well as construction services

  • Guiding and mentoring junior staff to support their professional development

  • Engaging in client communication, business development, and marketing efforts




What we're looking for:


  • 6–8+ years of civil engineering experience

  • Professional Engineer license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain within 3 months)

  • Strong technical background in site/civil design including grading, stormwater, utilities, and roadway/parking design

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and leadership skills

  • Established client network and business development experience (a plus)
