What you'll be doing:
Lead design and delivery of site civil and roadway projects from start to finish
Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets
Oversee technical design and maintain quality control standards
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Mentor engineers and technical staff
Coordinate with architects, planners, and other disciplines to keep projects aligned
Identify risks and implement strategies to keep projects on track
Support projects through permitting and construction
What we're looking for:
4+ years of civil engineering design and project management experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Tennessee
Strong background in site grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design
Experience preparing site and roadway plans for permitting and construction
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Confident communicator with leadership and client-facing experience
