Civil CAD Designer

What you'll be doing:
Prepare civil site plans in Civil 3D, including grading, drainage, and utility layouts
Design stormwater management systems and retention/detention features
Assist with hydrology calculations and drainage reports
Coordinate civil layouts with structural, architectural, and MEP teams
Support permitting and agency coordination for site improvements and utilities
Revise drawings based on internal QA/QC and client feedback
Maintain CAD standards and help improve project workflows
What we're looking for:
3-8 years of civil CAD/design experience
Strong skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Experience with commercial, institutional, or mixed-use site design
Knowledge of grading plans, stormwater systems, and hydrology analysis
Experience producing utility plans for both public and private systems
Familiarity with land development concepts
Ability to collaborate closely with structural engineers and internal teams
